Multi-Sector General Permit Search

In accordance with Part I.C.3.b of the MSGP, authorization for new applicants will be granted sixty (60) days after the submittal of a complete NOI unless otherwise notified by the DEM. For more information, email RIPDES Municipal and Industrial Stormwater Staff at DEM.RIPDESMSGP@dem.ri.gov.

Non-Contact Cooling Water Permit Search

The following Notice of Intents (NOIs) have been submitted to the DEM for coverage under the Rhode Island General Permit for Non-Contact Cooling Water Discharges (NCCW GP) program. In accordance with Part 1.C.2.b of the NCCW GP, authorization will be granted ninety (90) days after the submittal of a complete NOI, unless otherwise notified by the Department in writing. The NOI submittal date is listed in the column titles “App Received Date”.

Remediation General Permit Search

The following Notice of Intents (NOIs) have been submitted to the DEM for coverage under the Rhode Island Discharge Elimination System Remediation General Permit (RGP) program. In accordance with Part 1.B.2 of the RGP, authorization to discharge under this general permit shall only be effective upon the owner(s) receipt of an authorization page signed and certified by the Department. The Authorization may include special conditions, as necessary to protect waters of the State. The NOI submittal date is listed in the column titles “App Received Date”.
