Deer Damage Permits

Special Permits may be issued to commercial operators only for control of deer in locations where they are causing significant damage to crops. Permits are issued on a case-by-case basis; to obtain one please contact Tyler Hertzwig at tyler.hertzwig@dem.ri.gov or 401-537-4279 (weekdays 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM).
