The articulating concrete block system is designed for stability and erosion control. The cable linked concrete blocks are laid down and gaps are filled with fractured stone which allows for drainage of stormwater flowing down the ramp. The material is capable of supporting heavier vehicles, easy to repair, requires little maintenance and is very durable. In addition to reducing pollutant loading, the material will improve stability and reduce erosion of the underlying sediment.
