New Freshwater Wetlands Rules Training and Guidance Materials Training Workshops To support the transition to the new rules, RIDEM, in collaboration with the RI Coastal Resources Management Council, is offering a series of training workshops targeted at consultants and others involved in planning projects and preparing wetlands applications.
